If you are having trouble viewing the stream there are several things to check.

1) Use our bandwidth test to check the speed of your Internet connection. We typically send out a stream at 300kbit/second. Most times we also embed a much lower bandwidth stream for modem users. If you have sufficient bandwidth and are still having problems proceed to #2.

2) Try to view some other content. Microsoft has a nice page here. Use this page to determine what bandwidth stream you can play. If you still are having problems, then the problem is most likely with your system, and not with the stream we are sending.
