Use the sub menus to test various aspects of your system to aid in troubleshooting.

Bandwidth Tester - Use this to test your Internet connection to see how fast your connection is. If the connection is the same as, or slower than the bitrate of what you are trying to view, you will have jerky video.

Port Checker - See if you have an open port. This is useful when we are using Pull webcasting.

IP Address - Use this to determin your system IP address as well as your external IP address.
